Home a day early! Yeah..was not too far away from the Wildfires of Myrtle Beach so decided to vacate the area just in case. The roads were closed up to the one I was supposed to be taking back home and they said depending on wind the fire might spread even further west and north. So I was like...uh okay..I will just leave now then. The first few roads were crazy smokey and it made my cough pretty bad but once I was back in North Carolina it cleared up.

Unexpected fire was unexpected o_o Kakyou and I saw it from the point where it was really tiny and then we saw it when it was VERY VERY BIG. I had never seen a wildfire before...really would perfer to not see another one XD Even if it was kind interesting and I got some crazy pictures of it. There was ash all over my car this morning from it.

I'll make a post about our adventures later.

Hope is forever my hero ^^ This was the best vacation ever. I wish she could have stayed longer ;_; Thank you again Hope ^^

She drove the first few days which was good because I tried to pay attention and I didn't get lost when i was driving around...okay there was that once on the first day alone but I wasn't really lost..just not sure where I was >_>

Anyway..real report later. I should sleep now x_x Chances are if your journal entries weren't on the first page of my friends page..I didn't read them XD Cause ya..you all post lots. So if there is something important that I may have missed...you best be just telling me. ^^

I'm glad you got out safely...I had no idea about the wildfires until today...see what happens when you don't have TV. I'm so happy you had a great time. Sadly I had to work (and have nooooo leave because of surgery).

You need to get a tv simply so you can enjoy all the episodes of "Redneck Wedding". Mmmm roadkill.

I am sad you couldn't stay the whole week. At least we got to enjoy a few days together ^^ The aquarium was super cool. I don't remember the last time I went to one. I got some crazy pictures there. But I still think that petting a stingray is just crazy -_-'

Thank you again and again and again for this. I think it actually worked out for the best that it was only a few of us. Maybe if we had the big gathering that we were originally thinking it might have been more craziness and less epic fun.

Redneck Wedding, now that's pretty enticing...camo wedding dress, drunk priest and roadkill as decoration (as well as food I'm assuming).

I really wish I could have stayed the whole week. If only I didn't have to go back to work and all my work issues. But I did finally get up the guts on Thur./Fri to go talk to HR and have them start looking for an opening for me.

I'm so glad I was able to do the cottage for you. I'm really pleased you had such a good time, even with the low turn out (just means everyone else missed out).
