I get to rest

tohma2004My next appointment isn't until Tuesday. I get an entire weekend to do whatever I want..or rather whatever I am capable of doing. My left arm is rather useless at the moment and I was told not to lift anything with it. But I could sew or watch anime or draw or something productive rather then just sit on my ass and watch Law and Order all day.
It hurts. I will fully admit that the incision is quite painful at times and I found out last night can be quite inconvenient as far as accidentally rolling over on that side. I'm gonna take a picture of it, try and document this as best I can. You're supposed to do that with life changing events right? Document it so you can look back on it and say, "Yeah..I survived that."
I got to take the guaze off and was about to remove the next layor of tape when my mom stopped me and said I probably wasn't supposed to remove that. So I added a piece of sports tape over top of the part I had peeled up to try and keep it from snagging on my shirt and causing me pain. This being sick stuff takes some getting used to. No one ever explains all the rules.
Anyway, they must have gotten the biopsy results because I meet with the cancer doctor again on Tuesday and probably find out everything I will need to know about my life for the next year.
So yay five days off basically. I'm gonna be so bored >_> I think everyone's support on here has really given me a boost to take each one of these days as they are and just look towards the future and brighter things. Please don't feel like you have to send me anything, seeing your support on here really shows me how many of you care and I really appreciate it.
And in totally unrelated news that almost everyone on my flist can ignore unless your name is here:
DEATHGOD02: Just letting you know that Pam and Cat will be staying with friends for Otakon. They will not need to be in your room. As far as me...quite frankly it will probably come down to the week of the con for me to know. I'm sorry u_u Its going to be money I won't really have, My body might not be able to handle it because of the chemo, and I may not have a ride since Cat wasn't planning on taking the van and three people and luggage will not fit in her car, and I won't be able to drive myself because of treatment. I really really want to go..but I won't have a 100% answer until its almost time for the con.
THE_MASAYUME: I'm still gonna make the outfit...whether I go to Otakon or not will probably not be known until the week of the con or even the day before...but I will still make the Syaoran outfit in case I can go. I will wanna hide under your skirt ~_^ but I just don't know what my body will be like at that point.
