Prop Day

Today was prop day.

First up was Frau's scythe. I still have to paint the back piece purple and connect it. I might also extend the letters further down the blade. I found absolutely no good pictures of this thing so I had to go by about 4 blurry screencaps to do this. So yeah..who knows how accurate it really is.





Okay this thing has given me so many headaches. First the blade broke as we were trying to bend it with heat. So it has a very ugly glue line. So I decided to add white ribbon to kind of distract from it. And I added a blue tint to the blade so it would show up a little better. I have a feeling clear plastic wouldn't show up well in pictures.


Have I mentioned I hate this ugly ass ghetto sword? That I don't think it will survive more then an hour? I want to burn it into a puddle of ugly blue plastic.

Also..this is the most phallic sword ever. Seriously. When I was making it that was all I could think about. Please tell me I'm not just overly perverted.

Its like..7 of them all connected into one massive amount of phallic. I just..I can't not see it anymore. And I have to carry this thing around. You KNOW how that is going to go..I won't be able to NOT crack jokes all bloody day.

Maybe if you made the tip more pointy and not rounded? Like the tips for the sides/edges look good.

I don't know all I'm thinking of is Setsuna being an ass as Alexial and poking people with it just to piss them off |D Or like getting into suggestive poses with it to piss people off too.
