Merry Christmas!
Dec. 25th, 2009 07:07 pmMy family doesn't really do much for the holiday..we sit around, open presents then be lazy. No big meals or nothing either.
But here is what I got.
Yudu Screen printing machine (yeah baby..time to make some t-shirts XD)
Lots of supplies for said machine
socks
Sweater
Naruto DVD box sets with Hokage figure and Gaara figure
2 Mangas
House Season 4
Handheld Clothing Steamer (to take to conventions with me)
I think thats it. Actually thats a lot more then I normally get.
We also managed to get rid of one of my grandfathers dogs. So we are down to 4 dogs in the house.
And this week I have 38 hours...next week I have 22. Gee, I think the holidays are over XD Its too bad though...the paychecks have been nice and much needed.
Started working on my major Katsucon costume. I did a test with one panel and now I have to remake it because I bought some new paint and like it a whole lot better then the old paint so now I have to go back to Joanns and hope they have the fabric to get enough to remake the other panel. *crosses fingers* Going to go on the 1st before work since I have a coupon for Micheals (need to get more Yudu stuff) and a 20% off purhase coupon from Joanns. So...I hope hope hope they have my fabric otherwise I might cry.
My back hurts..not sure why exactly. Might be from all the hours I've been pulling. And my eye hurt this week and was leaking this really nasty goo. Just what you wanted to hear right? It feels better today but it was really bad on Tuesday. I could barely see when I was outside.
The snow is still around and it rained all day today. And rained hard. Which meant it was helping to melt the snow, which means there is a LOT of water everywhere.
Have to be at work at 5:45 tomorrow morning. Man I hate these morning hours...I can't wait to go back to normal store hours.
ANYWAY, HAPPY HOLIDAYS EVERYONE!
