Nothing New
Sep. 30th, 2008 01:36 amI have nothing to report on the lung situation. We drove all the way up there, gave the doc the CD with my scans...and he came back with 2 other people to tell me he needed the original scan as well to make a determination as to what to do. Great.
Although he did say that because of the location of the spots on the scan, he will have to do a biopsy. Which means a long ass needle gets inserted into my back and into my lung. OH yeah..looking forward to that one...and I'm awake through it. Geh.
In other news, my Jing costume got cosfu'd today. This actually kinda amuses me because..uh..I knew it sucked because I had to go "female" because I completely failed at doing the wig. And because this was one of my first costumes ever and by far my first prop ever. Katsu 04 hello. Has it really been almost 5 years? So yes..had it not been posted I would have slapped that baby in Self-fuckery cause even I know it sucked.
I also have made a little progress is new and old costumes. I'm fixing up Goggle Fai so that it is actually possibly wearable. I sewed the patch on my "Secret" cosplay for AUSA. I've started working on a costume I've been oogling for over a year and it might actually turn out alright..but I have much much more work to do..Katsucon maybe it will be done. Fixed up Yuui AGAIN, but I'm much happier with it now..though it is still a garbage bag. I still need to fix up Jade Fai for Nekocon. Need to work on my "Secret" wig otherwise Epicness at AUSA might not happen.
Rode today and ZIppy was a bit of a butthead. I guess we were stirring up mosquitos because a couple of bats kept swooping around the ring as I was riding.
