Yuck
I hate chemo. Not because it makes me feel physically ill for week...though that does suck...but mostly because it gives me this terrible taste in my mouth that only goes away when I am eating or drinking...which makes me want to eat and drink almost constantly. Only two more times..thats it...in one month I will be done and not have to deal with any more treatments. No more week long illnesses. No more disgusting tastes in my mouth. No more pain, shots, or doctors appointments. One. More. Month.
The cat has stayed and I call him Yuui. Yes..tsubasa Yuui. My father calls him Screwy Yuui because he just doesn't act like a cat. Seriously..this cat grew up in a dog's world or something. He goes out with the dogs. Goes to the barn and does stalls like the dogs. Sleeps like the dogs. Begs for food like the dogs. It was only today that I witnessed the first cat-like behavior out of him. He played with a catnip mouse. He is the strangest cat ever. Oh yeah, and he still follows me around like my shadow.
I'm working on three different Tsubasa outfits. I just can't kick the habit XD Sakura, and 2 fais. I don't know when I am going to wear them but damnit I'm doing them anyway. I'm really excited about the one fai outfit. Vampire pheeee. And the other one is going to be an experiment in gradient dying. And maybe if it looks good I'll work on making Manga cover coat of doom III...and maybe not. I also have these epic plans for something completely un-tsubasa related but I can't start it until I have a steady income again because it will be EPIC and expensive...and did I mention Pink? Yeah seriously. But I'm looking past the pink part to the OMG EPIC part XD Thats all you get.
But yeah not feeling all that great but deciding to try and keep busy. I got my Medicaid appeal date. Its on December 18...yeah day before my birthday. good sign..bad sign...not really sure. At least it falls on a non-chemo week and therefore I won't be compeletly sick and miserable. Everyone cross your fingers and hope I get approved for this otherwise I"ll be paying medical bills until I'm 80.
Lance got 3rd in Dancing with the stars. How sad. He should have won. *wipes tear* Its okay though. I didn't vote so I have no right to be sad. Johnson won his third straight NASCAR championship. The cheating bastard. Edwards totally deserved that championship. He had 9 wins for crying out loud. Carolina Panthers are in the hunt for the playoffs and Buffalo is falling apart at the seams. Seriously Bills...one week you are hot the next you are not. You need to figure out what kind of team you are. And Carolina..hang in there! And that is your sports update of the month.
Was thinking about going to NY for the weekend but apparently we are going to wait until between Christmas and New Years now. It will be my first trip back to NY since we moved. Its been 4 1/2 years. Hard to believe I haven't set foot in that state in that long. Good food will be eaten. I miss NY pizza like whoa.

Let me know when you're coming this way - it's probably a good thing you're not coming now because I have a cold. I just woke up and it's noon - this is so unlike me. Working on final papers and studying for final exams too, and I start teaching next week. Yeah busy. But I WILL see you - tis a must. Catch ya later.

When you get them it comes in sealed tabulets of freeze dried fruit which you just dissolve and swish around your mouth. We got a new cat too. She's a bb and we named her Sammy. Bad thing is that we're getting rid of her this weekend. I'll miss her, I gotta say. I'm getting attached to her and that's not a good thing!
You totally lost me with that DWTS thing. I don't watch it.
