HOPE: I wont be getting to the beach until that Saturday afternoon. Because of this next part...
I'm going back to work! Why is that such a big deal? You would think I would like this being able to stay home thing...which I do. Trust me. Being lazy is nice. But being able to get out of the house and actually make money will be extra nice. I need that weekly flow of cash..I feel helpless without it. Even if it is very very little.
My boss called today and asked if I was still feeling good and wanted to come back. Then she started rattling off my schedule which included next Thursday-Monday and I was like...uh whoa slow down. have plans. So I'm working next Thursday afternoon and Friday night. I'm going to waitress/carry food/hostess/take to go orders. Yay for not being in the kitchen!
Sounds like I'll be working weekends a lot. Mostly Sundays because of kids having prom and graduations and parties and stuff like that and asking off. Which is fine with me. As long as I don't have a convention I will work whenever/whatever.
So yeah, it was going to cut into my Myrtle Beach time, but I don't think it would have been a good idea to tell my boss I couldn't work any of the days she wanted me too. Luckily she is pretty flexible and was okay with me not working that Saturday and Sunday.
Back to work! Whoo! Makes it even more important that I get as much Animazement stuff done this next week as I can.
This week's goal is to finish Allen. I just need to finish painting and putting on the buttons on the sleeves. Tincampy is currently in the works. Need to work on his wings and then paint him. And the hand...well I still don't know if I am making the hand. Going to try at least.
