I feel like I should be making a to-do list for AWA..but instead of gradually getting smaller like it is supposed to..it keeps getting bigger XD!!

My To Do List for AWA )

Had my bloodwork done today and everything came out fine. I have been experiencing some discomfort and I told them about it so I had to pee in a cup. I never knew that this was such a complicated procedure. I mean, three wetnaps and a cup is what you are armed with and there is a certain pre-pee wiping procedure. Its crazy. They are checking to see if I have an infection and need to go onto antibiotics.

Apparently my mother called them before I got there to make sure I told them about how I had been feeling lately and told them I hadn't been eating as much and blah blah blah..-_- I didn't know she did this until I got there and the nurse was like.."So a little birdie told us you had stomach pains..." *eye twitch* Also when I got there I told the receptionist that I had called disability and they had said they were waiting on paperwork from the doctors. Well she gave me proof to take home of the fact that they had sent 54 pages of my medical record for them to disability on August 25th. So when I got home I called up disability and left a rather irritated message on the person's voice mail telling them they had the information already. I probably shouldn't have gotten so irritated but the whole government help system is really starting to piss me off.

When i got home there was a call from the office of Virginia Fox (our congresswoman). My parents had told me email her and complain about the unfairness of the Medicaid system. So I did and hadn't really expected anything to come of it, but her office called me and said that they could probably help check on the disability and make sure everything is going well. They also gave me the numbers of my state representatives to get a hold of them and see if they could help me with Medicaid. I was just like..O_o..thanks!

I rode Zippy today and we decided to try a new trick. Apparenly you can teach old horses new tricks because for the first time ever we successfully completed flying lead changes. For those that don't know horse speak..thats when the horse moves from leading with his one front leg to leading with the other front leg without breaking from the canter...okay so its a little more involved then that but that is the gist. He's always been able to pick up canters and leads quickly and switch from one to the other with only a couple of trot steps in there but today my mom was like.."Try making him change without stopping." I didn't figure he would do it cause we've never worked on that before...but after a few tries he did it. So yay for new tricks.

And that is really about it..my doctors appointment and everything kinda blew my day so I didn't get to do much else.
