Over a week...
Jul. 12th, 2006 12:27 amDo you realize it has been 10 days since I even mentioned cosplay? *gasp* Well guess what...the streak is over XD I had a day off and most days off are spent working on things! So yay for progress!
I worked on Edward's hand mostly. Found a few other pieces of the automail I needed to fix up in the process. My wonderflex arrived the other day (hurray!) so I was able to make a nice sleek looking hand. Have a few more details and painting to do, but overall I am pleased...all for a Sunday costume. Am I out of my mind? Well, I'll wear it at Nekocon then it won't be so bad ^_^
Also fixed Zangetsu...are my priorities wack or what? Thats probably a Nekocon costume too...geez...Bleach owns my soul...now to work on Nova..
I've decided to redo my Fai coat for next year's cons. I have decided I don't like how it looks. *dodges the objects being thrown* So I'm going to make a new one and maybe even put the design on the back. I thought about doing one of his other outfits but was like...wait, why do another outfit when I have such a kickass staff? So yeah, just gonna fix up the one I have. Proabably won't start that until after Nekocon though.

Thursday: Hakkai from Saiyuki Reload (completed)
Friday Morning: Tasuki from Fushigi Yuugi (photoshoot at 3:30)(completed)
Friday Night: Cloud from Advent Children (photoshoot at 7) (completed)
Friday Late-Night: Raver Edward from FMA (I think...it was a thought..)
Saturday Morning: Seishirou from Tsubasa (photoshoot at 2) (completed)
Saturday Night: Cloud again
Saturday Late-night: PJ Sasuke from Naruto (photoshoot at 10) (completed)
Sunday: Edward from Full Metal Alchemist (90% redone)
Then for Yaoi-con..apparently I am not only doing Orpheus from meine liebe, but also schoolboy Sasuke, and now the new addition...Byakko from yami no matsuei. Good grief...I still need to buy my plane tickets X_x
Nekocon..Edward again probably, Hakkai maybe, Ichigo is definite, PJ sasuke for the late night maybe...cloud if I feel like it...I should take Tohma. That is like a Nekocon tradition.

EDIT: So I was curious to see what I wrote about at this time last year..so I clicked on July 12, 2005 and what do I read? A debate about whether or not I should by the sharingan contacts (Which I obviously did XD) and...a post about wanting to fix up Fai XD Apparently July 12 is the day I contemplate what I want to fix up about that costume. Just found that amusing...
